General Policies from So In Love Lashes
The following policies are in place to provide clients with the best results and experience possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so before 24 hours of your appointment so that another client can use that spot. For late cancellations, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
In the case of an emergency, the cancellation fee may act as a deposit toward your next appointment.
Children and Guests
I wish I could invite your children every time!
Unfortunately, this is not possible for lash extension appointments. During this appointment your eyes are taped shut, you must lay perfectly still, and I am fully occupied with your lashes – neither of us are able to supervise or attend to your children during this time.
No children present during lash extension application. This policy is not only so I may focus on your lashes, but for the safety of your child, as well as your safety as there are sharp tools near your eyes. (Sudden movements not welcome!) Thank you for understanding.
Children are welcome for waxing and tinting appointments as we can both keep an eye on them throughout these services.
Well behaved children are welcome for a lash lifting procedure as I can check on them, however, your eyes will be closed for about 25 minutes.
Parents or guardians of minors are welcome to attend their child’s appointment.
Bringing additional guests to your appointment is discouraged as the space is small, and any additional activity is distracting and may slow down the lashing procedure.
Communication
I am happy to answer any questions you have about your lashes or appointments between the hours of 8am and 8pm if I am not with another clients. Please allow up to one business day for a response, though I will try to answer quickly. Unless there is an emergency regarding your lashes (ie; allergic reaction), please refrain from reaching out outside of these hours.

Lash Extension Policies
Appointment Gaurentee
It is very important to us that you are happy with your results, so we have a three day appointment guarantee.
We do not offer refunds, but we would like to offer a free 20-minute touch up/correction if something is not to your liking within three days of your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can schedule time to honor the complimentary correction.
The free correction is up to our discretion and considered on a case-by-case basis.
Fills
Maintaining your lashes by scheduling a 'regular' fill every two to three weeks is recommended. (Please see Lash Home Care section if you have any concerns around excessive lash loss.)
If more than 75% of your natural lashes are bare, we will need to schedule a full set.
Ie, if 25% or less of your natural lashes have an attached lash extensions, please book a full set.
Appointment includes lash application as well as the time spent discussing lash style adjustments, cleansing, taping, fanning, misting, tape removal, payment, or rescheduling.
Outside Artist/ New Client Fills
While many lash artists do not fill outside work, we want to be as accommodating as possible. If you have lashes from another lash tech, please book the ‘fill - new client’ option.
When transitioning from another lash artist, there are many factors that come into play that require more time (compared to filling my own work that I am familiar with).
We need time to discuss the lash look you’re going for and make sure the previous work is clean (not damaging the lashes long term).
After the first ‘new client fill’ you may book fills according to the number of weeks between appointments.
